Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Infrastructure Manager for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades, with a strong background in overseeing Office 365 migrations, cybersecurity, system needs, and networking needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with the needs of our PE-backed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office 365 Migrations: Act as the Project Manager between our company and our support partner for O365 tenant migrations. Understand and reevaluate current license types.
• Cybersecurity: Validate responses to cybersecurity questionnaires from our insurance provider. Develop and implement plans to enhance our cybersecurity posture.
• MFA and VPN: Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication and Virtual Private Networks.
• IT Budgeting and Rightsizing: Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring the IT infrastructure is right-sized for a PE-backed organization.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational tasks, such as creating network topologies in Visio and addressing user issues with SharePoint.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with users and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Office 365 migrations and understanding of license types.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, including validating and improving cybersecurity measures.
• In-depth knowledge of MFA and VPN technologies.
• Experience managing IT budgets and rightsizing IT infrastructure.
• Ability to switch between strategic and operational tasks seamlessly.
• Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant personality.
• Experience working in a start-up environment where versatility and adding value are crucial.
