Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or deskside support role.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate network environments and VPN support.
  • Experience managing IT inventory and documentation.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with imaging and setting up computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of office automation equipment, including printers, copiers, and video conferencing tools.
  • Understanding of secure password management practices.
  • Ability to coordinate and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
