Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including Java/J2EE development for enterprise or web applications.
  • 4+ years of experience with Spring Framework.
  • 4+ years of experience building enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux.
  • 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • 2+ years of experience with business process workflow software.
  • 2+ years of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 or 2.1.
  • Experience with Micro Frontends, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of software testing practices and backend unit testing.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gradle, uDeploy).
  • Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
  • Experience with Camunda or similar process automation tools.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of technology solutions in regulated industries such as financial services or banking.

  • Lead or contribute to moderately complex software initiatives within technical environments.
  • Participate in strategic planning and solution architecture for large-scale efforts.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document software components across the stack.
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
  • Provide leadership and technical direction to a team while meeting internal or client-facing needs.
  • Collaborate with peers, team members, and managers to solve problems and achieve technical goals.
  • Serve as an escalation point and mentor for junior developers.
