Job Title: Change Implementation / UAT Consultant – Enterprise Pricing Platform Transformation
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Contract Type: W2 Only, 12-month term
Reports To: Project Lead
Project Overview:
Join a high-visibility, large-scale transformation program modernizing an enterprise pricing platform and driving adoption across sales and product teams. The program is currently underway, aiming to deliver full platform capabilities and roll out to users by April 2026.
This role blends strategic change implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), vendor coordination, and stakeholder management. You will help activate product functionality, guide migration from legacy tools, and ensure seamless adoption of the new system. The role combines problem solving, effective communication, and change leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Implementation / Strategic Support

Participate in moderately complex change initiatives and deliverables.

Review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Support rollout and onboarding of users to the new platform.

Collaborate with internal personnel and external vendor to deliver a scalable, high-quality solution.

Develop and maintain process documentation, communication plans, and training materials.

Guide migration strategies from legacy tools to new platform functionality.
UAT / Testing Support

Perform end-user testing for incremental platform releases.
-
Validate new functionality and ensure data quality.
-
Track defects, triage severity, and communicate issues to vendor and internal teams.

Collect feedback from user groups and support readiness for full launch milestone.

Contribute to testing documentation, known issue tracking, and release readiness activities.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination

Partner with vendor teams and internal technology support.

Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure smooth adoption of platform capabilities.

Participate in agile routines; no deep JIRA story writing required.
Team & Roles Available:

Small internal team working alongside vendor support.

Contractors needed:

Strategic/UAT Consultant (1–2 roles) – Focus on change management, system adoption support, and deployment readiness.

Hands-on UAT Testers (2 roles) – Execute testing, coordinate with user groups, and manage defect resolution.
Timeline:

First technical release (foundational): Upcoming weekend

Full capabilities & UAT: End of April 2026

Release 2 (new functionality): Jan–April 2026
Required Skills / Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Change Implementation or equivalent.

Strong UAT or systems testing background in enterprise-level implementations.

Comfortable learning new platforms quickly.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Agile methodology familiarity preferred.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
