Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows System Engineer to join our global manufacturing company’s infrastructure team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level Windows environments, including 15,000+ servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee and optimize the use of Windows Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GP), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (O365) and associated services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Leverage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for patching, image creation, deployment, and overall system management.
- Utilize Windows 11 and related technologies for configuration and maintenance across the enterprise.
- Create and maintain detailed process and technical documentation.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Windows System Engineering within large, complex environments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale server environments (15,000+ servers), preferably in global organizations.
- Expertise in Windows integrations, MECM/SCCM, Windows 11, M365 Apps, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Experience with a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) technology, Nexthink preferred.
- Proficiency in virtual technologies such as AVD/W365, Citrix, VMWare, etc.
- Familiarity with macOS and Jamf management.
- Strong ability to create detailed process and technical documentation.
