A Jersey based MSP is looking to hire a Level II IT Administrator to join their team. This person will be handling escalated tickets as well as supporting server and M365 technologies. They are looking for someone who has strong experience support both Windows OS as well as windows Servers. You will be troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining both. You will also be responsible for basic Network troubleshooting.
They need someone who is ready for a fast paced environment and can hit the ground running. You will be working directly with clients so strong communication and documentation skills are key.

- Strong Windows Server Experience
- Expertise in Windows OS Support, 10, 11
- Virtualization Support, VMware
- M365 Support, EntraID, O365, Intune, Teams
- Strong Understanding of DR and Backup policies
- Strong experience resolving tickets
- Network Troubleshooting Skills, Cisco, Aruba
- MSP or Client Facing Experience
- Cisco or Microsoft Certifications
