System Engineer/Project Lead

A South Jersey based company is growing and looking to hire a System Engineer to join their project team. They are looking for someone who can run projects independently, this includes upgrades, migrations, deployments, and implementations. You will be working heavily with Windows and Microsoft technologies including servers and M365 technologies. You will be working with hybrid on prem and cloud environments.
You will be one of two Project Leads on the team so it is important that you are comfortable leading and executing full project lifecycles. This role also involves direct client work so you must be comfortable with client facing work. Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Windows and Microsoft Background
• Expertise with Virtual Servers, VMware
• Expertise with M365 Technologies, O365, Intune, EntraID
• Strong Ability to Execute Infrastructure Projects, upgrades, migrations, etc.
• Working Knowledge of Azure or Private Cloud

Desired Skills & Experience

• Network Project Knowledge, Route/Switch, Firewall
• Design Experience
