In this role, you'll manage their Microsoft M365 environment, collaborate with external vendors, and implement cutting-edge security protocols to support their mission of helping employees save money through exclusive discounts from over 1,000 reputable brands.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, plus 4+ years of IT experience (or equivalent combination)
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management and service delivery
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft M365 administration
- Experience implementing IT/telecom best practices and policies
- Hands-on experience with IT asset inventory management
- Experience with cloud-based IT infrastructure maintenance and security
- Demonstrated ability to perform IT risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
- Strong understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
- IT certifications such as CISA, CISM, CCSP, CISSP, CRISC
- Working knowledge of NIST and SOC reporting requirements
- Experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Background in cyber-security tools and protocols
- Understanding of programming and computer science principles
