The team blends strategy, design, and technology, and they’re looking for a Business Analyst who can support product teams working with enterprise clients. Candidates should be comfortable working across UX, product, and engineering in an agile, multi-project environment.

Contract Duration: 1-2 months Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- Background collaborating with UX, product design, and engineering teams
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to present findings to client stakeholders
- Skilled with process flows, user workflows, and defining functional documentation
- Comfortable in agile environments and managing remote collaboration
- Experience with B2B and enterprise-level technologies
- Prior work on mobile and/or web application projects
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities
- Ability to adapt workflows to changing project needs
- Familiarity with QA processes and UAT support
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories
- 50% Requirements documentation & backlog ownership
- 30% User story development & cross-functional collaboration
- 20% UAT, QA support, and stakeholder reviews
- 70% Hands-on requirements work
