- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in custom development and/or vendor implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong working knowledge of Finance & Accounting or Human Resources processes and technologies (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft GL, OneStream, 15Five)
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in asset management, investing, or financial services strongly preferred
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to re-envision and automate processes to enhance scalability and reduce risk
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
- Tech Breakdown: 60% requirements gathering & solution design, 40% process optimization & vendor/engineering collaboration
- Daily Responsibilities: Partnering with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, evaluating options, supporting implementation, and driving adoption of new systems and processes
