We’re seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to join our Technology Product & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendor partners to design and deliver technology solutions that align with strategic goals and drive measurable business impact.
This role is highly collaborative, partnering with corporate function teams (Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal) to evaluate, implement, and optimize technology solutions in support of a broader digital transformation strategy. The right candidate will combine strong business acumen with technical fluency, helping translate needs into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in custom development and/or vendor technology implementations.
- Working knowledge of Finance & Accounting or Human Resources concepts, processes, and systems (e.g., OneStream, PeopleSoft GL, Workday, 15Five).
- Strong communicator who can synthesize complex concepts for executives, technical teams, and business users.
- Analytical, data-driven thinker with experience in reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Adaptable, dependable, and motivated by long-term impact and business value.

- Document processes and tailor communications for diverse stakeholders, from executives to end-users.
- Champion adoption of new systems through training, documentation, and change management support.
- Serve as an advocate for the user community, ensuring their needs are represented in solution design.
