Scrum Master / Contract To Hire / Hybrid in South Suburbs of Chicago

Software Company looking for a Senior Scrum Master to help implement an AGILE environment as they go through a digital transformation. You will be in charge of two scrum teams while planning various projects, managing the budget and fostering a successful work environment.

This is a Hybrid opportunity. This opportunity is located in the south suburbs of Chicago. This is a 3 month contract to hire position.

Required Skills & Experience

• Project Planning
• Lead Scrum Ceremonies (Two Week Sprints)
• Collaboration with product owners
• Manage budget and timelines
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Jira, Confluence and AGILE
• 5+ years of experience
