Game Capture Lead (AAA / FPS)

A digital agency in the west loop is building out a stealth-mode creative studio launching a brand new game capture division. This is a rare opportunity to help build something from the ground up while contributing to the marketing and storytelling behind an unreleased AAA first person shooter (FPS).

As the Game Capture Lead, you’ll direct a small but mighty team of artists and editors to craft a high impact FPS title developed by a globally recognized studio. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual language that fans will associate with the game – before it even launches.

If you are excited to build from the ground up, building a new studio, launching content seen globally and collaborating internationally, then this is the role for you.

This role will be hybrid in Chicago. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands on experience capturing and editing PC gameplay, ideally FPS titles
• Deep understanding of cinematic storytelling, composition, and what resonates with today’s gaming audiences
• Mastery of editing tools like Premiere, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong leadership chops – you’ve led creative or technical teams before
• Passion for games, social platforms and visual storytelling

Desired Skills & Experience

• Have built or helped build a capture or content team before
• Well-versed in FPS culture, trends and the competitive scene
• Flex between high-level creative direction and hands on editing when needed
