A leading logistics company is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments for Global 1000 organizations. This company transforms real-time supply chain data into automated action, creating a digital twin of orders, shipments, inventory, and assets while processing millions of supply chain events daily.

This is a remote position with 20–25% travel to customer sites for key milestones. This is an opportunity for a customer-facing implementation leader who thrives at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, supply chain operations, and complex ERP integrations. You’ll serve as the strategic orchestrator of end-to-end transformations, guiding customers through order lifecycle visibility, inventory optimization, and predictive risk management initiatives that drive measurable cost reduction and operational agility.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of experience implementing enterprise ERP or SaaS platforms in complex environments

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder (JDA), Manhattan, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP ecosystems

Strong background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

Proven experience managing Order-to-Cash (O2C) and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations from initiation through go-live

Experience facilitating executive-level discussions across IT, procurement, operations, and supply chain leadership

Technical Skills

Experience leading integrations across ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS, and YMS systems

Strong understanding of order lifecycle tracking from planning through final delivery

Knowledge of inventory management concepts including safety stock, reorder points, multi-tier inventory, and VMI

Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation across disparate supply chain systems

Ability to guide order-to-shipment matching, inventory-to-order linkage, and exception management logic

Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting integration architecture and system documentation
