ERP Manager / Hybrid in Suburbs of Chicago / Epicor / Prophet 21

This global industrial distribution company operates across multiple locations in nine countries and relies on a complex ERP ecosystem to support its business. They are hiring an ERP Manager to lead and modernize enterprise systems, including multiple Epicor Prophet 21 instances, NetSuite, and integrated platforms, with a strong focus on cloud transition and standardization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on ERP leader with deep Prophet 21 experience, comfortable managing distributed teams, vendors, and stakeholders while driving ERP modernization and operational stability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years managing ERP systems, including Epicor Prophet 21

• Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)

• Proven leadership of distributed ERP teams

• Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, SQL, and data governance

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms

• Background in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments

• Experience leading ERP modernization or cloud migration initiatives

• Lead ERP support teams and vendor partners

• Oversee ERP performance, stability, and integrations

• Drive ERP modernization and cloud transition roadmap

• Partner with business stakeholders to align systems with strategy

• Establish ERP governance, KPIs, and security standards
