Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of professional IT support experience or equivalent education
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft workstation operating systems (Windows XP to 10)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook
- PC hardware troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Citrix environments
- Knowledge of domain services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Microsoft server operating systems (2003 to 2012)
- Understanding of IBM Domino and Lotus Notes
- Experience with SAP and/or iSeries
- Background in backup systems and processes
