Mid Level Software Engineer - .Net

An exciting Health Tech startup in Chicago is continuing to grow. Their software supports the day-to-day operations of caretakers helping staff and administrators improve the experience for residents, creating a reliable and usable real-world impact. This is a place for you if you want your work to go beyond dashboards or internal tools.

You’ll work hands-on in C# using a stack of Blazor and .Net8 to build and improve features that are actively used in production. You’ll troubleshoot real issues, ship enhancements to core systems like patient experience tools, collaborating closely with product, design, and QA to turn requirements into helpful software.


Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in the .Net stack (Core, Blazor)
• Entity Framework or Dapper
• SaaS product experience (2+ years)
• Git proficiency
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Clear, collaborative communication

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in the healthcare or other regulated industries
• Deep understanding of analytics platforms
• Experience with end user facing medical systems
