Their usability focused software supports the day-to-day operations of caretakers, helping staff and administrators improve the experience for their patients, creating a reliable and usable real-world impact. Their mission focused software is continuing to evolve an they’re hiring a Senior Developer who can add brand new features to the offerings.
You’ll take a leading role in designing and delivering features across our platform. You’ll help shape technical direction, mentor other engineers, and turn complex product ideas into scalable, reliable solutions within the Blazor/.Net8 stack. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building software with a great mission behind the work.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in the .Net stack (Core, Blazor)
- Strong data access experience (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.)
- SaaS product experience (4+ years)
- Architectural ownership
- Experience translating product ideas into technical directions
- Clear, collaborative communication
- Experience in the healthcare or other regulated industries
- Azure ecosystem familiarity
- Experience with end user facing medical systems

- Up to $140,000 base
