Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, ADR, MDR, or similar outbound sales role within SaaS or manufacturing technology
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with CXO and VP-level executives
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing outbound prospecting and executive-level outreach strategies
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Experience selling SaaS solutions into the manufacturing industry
- Existing network of executive relationships within manufacturing technology
- Understanding of procurement or supply chain processes
- Experience using modern outbound sales tools and prospecting strategies
