ServiceNow Engagemenet Lead

Columbus, Ohio

Onsite

Contract

$55/hr - $60/hr

Join a large-scale public sector project as a ServiceNow Engagement Lead in a full-time contract-to-hire role based onsite in Columbus, Ohio. This senior-level position serves as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and senior stakeholders, overseeing the delivery of complex enterprise ServiceNow solutions within a highly regulated FedRAMP environment. You'll manage multi-workstream digital transformations across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD from inception through value realization, ensuring platform implementations align with organizational goals. US Citizenship or Green Card required.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow engagements for a major public sector organization. Unlike typical implementation roles, this position puts you at the center of strategic delivery — owning scope, schedule, budget, and governance across parallel workstreams while interfacing directly with project leadership and steering committees. You'll apply structured methodologies like NowCreate and Agile/Scrum to drive outcomes, managing sprint planning, backlogs, and RIDAC logs in a disciplined, compliance-driven environment. The role offers meaningful cross-functional orchestration, coordinating between Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions. You'll also lead UAT and Organizational Change Management activities, directly influencing adoption rates and client satisfaction. For a senior ServiceNow professional looking to make a visible impact on a high-stakes public sector transformation, this role delivers both the scope and the visibility to match.
