Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Cyber Security, with 6+ years in system security and testing.
- Advanced experience in InfoSec design and architecture.
- Expertise with NextGen Firewalls, DLP, NAC, IDS/IPS, Azure Security, Identity and Access Management, SIEM, and Zero Trust.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network administration/protocols, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, SSCP, CEH) are a plus.
- Proven experience with security technologies and auditing techniques.
- Strong technical and business integration skills.
- Knowledge of automation strategies and executive-level communication.
- Architect and design enterprise InfoSec solutions.
- Develop and maintain security procedures and reference architecture.
- Install and manage SIEM, DLP, IPS, and other security tools.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and system activity.
- Conduct formal design reviews and implement security controls.
- Train team members and respond to security incidents.
