We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our video management technology portfolio, including both our traditional on-premises Video Management System and next-generation Cloud-based Video Surveillance-as-a-Service products. This role is a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and cross-team collaboration designed to bring innovative video solutions to new markets and user bases.
In this position, you’ll own the product vision and roadmap, steer the migration of our mature APAC platform into the U.S. landscape, and work closely with global development teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing video solutions that meet the demands of today’s customers.
What You’ll Be Responsible For-
Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for both VMS and VSaaS offerings, balancing immediate upgrades like UI refreshes and AWS migration with longer-term ambitions such as e-commerce integration and analytics capabilities.

Lead the UI/UX design process, partnering with internal and offshore design teams to craft seamless user experiences and validate designs through thorough usability testing tailored to the U.S. market.

Collaborate deeply with DevOps and infrastructure groups to architect and deploy cloud solutions, prioritizing scalability and cross-platform compatibility across AWS, Azure, and Akamai environments.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle—taking concepts from ideation through development, launch, and iterative improvement—while championing Agile methodologies and effective prioritization of features.

Serve as the communication nexus between engineering teams, leadership, and customer-facing departments, ensuring alignment on product goals, launch readiness, and post-launch performance metrics.

Coordinate product releases and marketing efforts, including high-profile events like ISC West, to maximize visibility and adoption.

Define, monitor, and report on key success metrics such as user adoption rates, feature engagement, and overall platform performance.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or comparable professional experience.

A minimum of 7 years managing software products, with a strong focus on video management systems or cloud-based surveillance platforms.

Proven success in driving UI/UX design for sophisticated software products, ensuring user-centric and market-appropriate interfaces.

Hands-on experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Akamai, with a solid grasp of cloud networking fundamentals and services such as VPCs, firewalls, and routing.

Comfortable working alongside DevOps and infrastructure teams to seamlessly integrate networking and security elements.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across functions.
