Our Digital Tax Innovations team is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to craft cutting-edge AI tools that enhance tax processes. In this role, you'll collaborate with tax specialists to develop forward-thinking solutions that address critical business needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with Python, .NET, C#, relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), API development, and Azure.
• 1-3 years designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Have 

• Experience with additional cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in deploying AI models into production.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control (Git) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies.
• Front-end development experience (React, Angular, JavaScript).
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in tax or financial services.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges and requirements.
• Develop scalable AI solutions using machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Write and deploy efficient, maintainable code using tools like Python, Azure, and PostgreSQL.
• Test and debug solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and tax professionals to integrate and deploy AI solutions.
• Support all phases of project development, including requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
