We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Manager to lead Pricing Strategy and Competitive Intelligence for our residential business. This highly visible role plays a critical part in developing and executing pricing strategies across multiple brands, directly influencing customer growth and financial performance.
As a Senior Manager, you will own complex pricing initiatives end to end—from strategic design through to performance evaluation and ongoing optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, using data to shape business decisions that impact the bottom line.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the development, execution, and refinement of pricing strategies for multiple residential brands

Oversee a recurring process for setting acquisition and retention pricing, aligned to customer count and margin targets

Analyze the existing customer book to monitor margin performance and recommend tactical adjustments to hit residential P&L goals

Build complex financial models to support pricing decisions across the full customer lifecycle

Identify and segment customer groups using data-driven approaches to tailor pricing and maximize lifetime value

Design and test pricing hypotheses; evaluate performance and partner with stakeholders to scale high-impact strategies

Drive cross-functional execution by project managing the rollout of key initiatives across marketing, operations, product, finance, and legal

Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership through clear and concise presentations

Manage and mentor a team of analysts, helping them grow both technically and strategically

8–10+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, financial modeling, or management consulting

Strong background in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)

Proven success working in a competitive, consumer-focused business

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with exposure to executive-level decision making

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Experience with Python and SQL (or similar languages/tools) preferred

Ability to manage large data sets and distill complex analysis into actionable business insights

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence direction
