Senior/Principal Data Engineer, Hybrid, Addison, TX

We’re seeking a Data Engineer to help us elevate the way we use data across the business. In this role, you’ll design and maintain a cloud-based data platform that enables reporting, advanced analytics, and data science. It’s a hands-on opportunity to architect scalable solutions, shape data strategy, and directly impact decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize a cloud-based data warehouse environment

• Develop flexible, scalable data models to support business reporting and analytics

• Design and maintain ELT pipelines with a focus on performance, governance, and data quality

• Define and champion best practices for data architecture and lifecycle management

• Collaborate with teams across the company to provide consistent, high-quality data for decision-making

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and modeling

• Strong knowledge of ELT patterns and scalable pipeline design, ideally with dbt

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake

• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau (a plus)

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
