Senior Active Directory Engineer / Denton, TX / 6 month Contract

A growing organization in Denton is looking for a Senior Active Directory Engineer to join their team. Our client is a well-known aerospace manufacturing company that are partnered with many organization across the industry. Our client specializes in the manufacturing of jet equipment, such as landing gears, engines, wheels/brakes, etc.

They are currently needing someone who excel at IAM specifically with Entra/Active Directory. This person will be helping execute on a large initiatives of scaling the security posture, specifically getting them CMMC compliant.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in AD Domain Services, AD Federation Services, GPO, Entra, LDAP, SSO, and PowerShell. Any experience with Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, PAM, Zero Trust, and/or IGA are all plusses.

This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility to convert to full-time. Pay rate will be around $60-70/hr. Onsite M-F out of their Denton office.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Strong skills with Active Directory and IAM.
• Expert in AD, GP, Entra, LDAP, and PowerShell
• Prior work with Okta, SailPoint, or Ping Identity.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters in a Computer related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CMMC, NIST, and Microsoft security features.
• Certifications are a nice to have.
