NetSuite Administrator / Salesforce / Denton, TX

They are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator with mid- to senior-level expertise to support and optimize our enterprise NetSuite ecosystem. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing their NetSuite OneWorld environment, including its integration with their Salesforce platform and eCommerce site. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in NetSuite administration, inventory and WMS systems, finance operations, and SuiteScript development. Required Skills & Experience 

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally in a OneWorld environment
• Experience supporting integrated Salesforce accounts and related data flows
• Knowledge of NetSuite eCommerce modules and architecture
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (SuiteScript 2.0 preferred)
• Experience with NetSuite Field Service Module, Net Asset, Alevera, Seligo, or Ember is a major plus
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

What You Will Be Doing 

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and customizations
• Support and improve integration between NetSuite and Salesforce for our Group Salesforce Account
• Manage and optimize NetSuite’s eCommerce site integration
• Configure and support WMS modules and inventory management workflows
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and process automation
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript customizations (medium to advanced level)
• Provide support for NetSuite Field Service Module and Net Asset management (highly desirable)
• Utilize tools such as Alevera, Seligo, and Ember (experience with any is a significant plus)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and deliver system enhancements
