PC Technician

Our client, a non profit focused on providing mental health resources to their community, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their help desk team. You will primarily be doing desktop and network support, diagnosing and resolving their hardware and software issues. In the role, you will be working as part of a team to ensure that their desktops and network are up and running correctly. The ideal candidate has strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Technically strong with Microsoft desktops, Cisco network equipment, and printer support. This is a direct hire, fully onsite position located in Fort Worth, Texas. Compensation is $21-24 an hour. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience doing onsite network and desktop support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software related issues.
• Computer repair experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related certifications nice to have.
• Relevant certifications are good to have.
