A financial company in the DFW area is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis. For this position they are looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist having experience with general user support with a mix of remote and deskside support. In this role you will primarily be working with Windows and Microsoft providing end user support around Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, and Teams, in addition to provisioning of equipment so relevant experience is necessary. The position will be end user facing so excellent customer service skills and communication is desired. This is a 3–6-month contract-to-hire position. It will be hybrid in their Irving office, 3-4 days in office with working hours from 10 AM - 7 PM. Required Skills & Experience
- Previous T1 user support experience – deskside and remote
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft product lines - Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, MS Teams
- Provisioning equipment
- Experience providing excellent customer service and communication with end users
