Tier 1 IT Support Specialist

A large tier financial company is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis. For this position they are looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist having experience with general user support with a mix of remote and deskside support. In this role you will primarily be working with the Windows and Microsoft stack of product lines from Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, MS Teams, provisioning of equipment, etc. so relevant experience is necessary. In addition to having excellent customer service skills and communication with end users. This is a 3–6-month contract-to-hire position. Onsite in Irving, hybrid model of 3-4 days in office with working hours from 10 AM - 7 PM. Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous T1 user support experience – deskside and remote
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft product lines - Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, MS Teams
  • Provisioning equipment
  • Experience providing excellent customer service and communication with end users
