We are seeking a Senior Support Specialist with a comprehensive technical skill set, including expertise in Linux, Windows, Mac, O365, M365, Active Directory/Group Policy, and TCP/IP networking. Experience with video management and AI technologies is a strong advantage, as this role supports the U.S. rollout of an innovative video platform.

This full-time hybrid position in the Dallas/Richardson, TX area offers flexibility with remote work options while the company finalizes its office location. Local candidates must be available for in-person meetings as needed. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced technologies and play a key role in the deployment of a groundbreaking platform.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field, with a focus on SaaS or VSaaS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud systems.
  • Expertise in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
  • Familiarity with video streaming standards
  • Experience with AI technologies, particularly those used in video analytics (e.g., object detection, motion tracking).
  • Proficiency in support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, and monitoring platforms.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or cloud platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with AI-powered platforms or video surveillance technologies.
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, Bash).
