One of the country’s leading labor services organizations, specializing in installation support for retail and manufacturing partners, is expanding its team. Their focus is delivering high-quality installation expertise across products such as doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances.
They are currently seeking a Support Technician to join their growing team. This position will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support requests, resolve service incidents, and document activity within the designated ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows and Mac environments, Active Directory, computer hardware, and Microsoft products.
This role will require someone to work onsite 5 days a week in Grand Prairie.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting
- Prior help desk or technical support experience preferred
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software
- Experience supporting and configuring web browsers
- Mobile application support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Microsoft O365 or Azure certifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
