We are seeking a visionary Head of Machine Learning to join our team! You'll be spearheading the development of our AI/ML strategy and product roadmap in a mission critical position for the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is akin to a CTO-level position, where you will not only build a robust ML/Data environment from the ground up but also play a critical role in shaping the team, defining the roadmap, and collaborating with the CEO on high-level strategy and board-level reporting. This position demands a senior leader with entrepreneurial experience, ideally someone who has built and scaled ML products at startups or high-growth companies. You will be guiding a small team initially to overcome unique challenges like data scarcity and complex, highly dimensional problem sets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching something unique, whether as a founder, early hire, or someone deeply involved in a product’s inception, demonstrating the creativity and drive needed to push boundaries. Required Skills & Experience
  • 8-10+ years of consistent experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent
  • 3+ years leading, building, developing ML roadmap/strategy and scaling ML teams
  • A proven track record of launching AI products
  • Strong and confident communication skills

  • Experience working a product based software companies and startups
  • Experience building out ML environments from the ground up at high growth startups
  • Past experience as a Founder/Co-founder
