Senior Software Engineer (TS/SCI plus DoE Q Clearance)

An IT Solutions company is urgently hiring an Application Developer for one of their clients. This role is hybrid 2 days onsite per week and the candidate can work out of either Herndon, VA or College Park, MD.

You will be doing new development as well as maintenance on an existing, long-term project that classifies and de-classifies documentation. You will be using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Oracle and JavaScript. 

This role requires a Top Secret Clearance as well as a DOE Q Clearance at the time of onboarding. 

Required Skills & Experience

• This role requires a Top Secret Clearance as well as a DOE Q Clearance at the time of onboarding.
• Provides application support to ensure continual uptime and compatibility with current and future security and operating system changes.
• Developing solutions using Microsoft Platforms i.e., ASP.NET, C#, Oracle with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience.
• Experience in web service, Python, Sql, Xml.
• Should have 5 years’ experience in Web development and Application development.
• Experience with various technologies and protocols such as Angular, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTTPS, REST, and Typescript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience supporting applications and Oracle Databases; Highview experience a plus,
• Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
• Strong written and oral communication,
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
