A dynamic and rapidly expanding startup in Orange County, CA is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time AI Engineer to become a key member of its core technical team The company is building intelligent systems that combine computer vision, agent-based AI, and real-time feedback to power next-generation sports performance technology.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work on technology that bridges biomechanics, motion analysis, and digital coaching. You’ll be part of a small, elite team developing intelligent assistants, deploying real-time vision models, and integrating synthetic media into a dynamic feedback loop for athletes and enthusiasts. The role offers deep ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and rapid growth into technical leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
· Experience building LLM agents or using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
· Hands-on expertise in computer vision (pose estimation, object detection, regression models)
· Strong full-stack development background in production environments
· Experience deploying AI models on-device for real-time applications
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Interest in sports technology and training simulators
· Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with synthetic media or automated video generation
· Familiarity with edge deployment and mobile optimization
· Previous early-stage startup experience
