Our client is seeking a full-time Sales Lead to manage and scale a high-volume outbound calling team within a structured, performance-driven environment. This role oversees Sales & Service Development Representatives (SSDRs) responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage customer engagement. You will own day-to-day team performance across sales development, customer service, and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Experience• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising teams in a call center or high-volume phone environment
• Prior hands-on experience in outbound/inbound sales, lead qualification, or customer service
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and performance-manage toward KPI attainment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and call management tools
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Lead and manage a team of Sales & Service Development Representatives to meet and exceed performance goals
• Monitor daily call activity and performance metrics, providing real-time coaching and feedback
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning
• Ensure consistent adherence to scripts, workflows, and service standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with cross-functional teams to implement changes
• Track KPIs including call volume, lead conversion, service resolution, and customer satisfaction
