Our client is looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to build and scale our affiliate partnership pipeline within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role supports lead generation and revenue growth for mortgage products through high-volume outbound outreach and partner relationship management. You will own the partnership lifecycle from initial prospecting through launch, working closely with marketing and compliance teams to ensure compliant, high-quality lead flow.
Required Skills & Experience-
2+ years of experience in financial services, or B2B partnerships

Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Experience managing partner relationships from outreach through onboarding

Comfort operating in regulated, compliance-driven environments

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, collaborative setting

Build and manage an affiliate partnership pipeline driving qualified leads

Research and prospect potential partners across financial services, senior-focused businesses, and digital channels

Execute daily outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule partner meetings

Coordinate partner onboarding and provide compliant marketing assets

Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, track KPIs, and report weekly on performance
