Lead .NET Developer / Dallas, TX

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead .NET Engineer or in a comparable role, with strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological innovations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications utilizing C#, .NET Core, and Azure technologies.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs and technological strategy.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Manage cloud-based services, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
