This company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Irving, TX. Required Skills And Experience
- 4–6+ years of full-stack development with C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
- Front-end development with Angular and/or React (TypeScript preferred)
- 2–4+ years of experience with Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, B2C)
- Deep experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, YAML, release management)
- Proficient in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and working with JWT tokens
- Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and/or IAM experience required
- Hands-on experience with authentication tokens, claims, and authorization flows
- Familiarity with identity providers (Azure AD B2C, Okta, Auth0, PingIdentity)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience with CIAM-specific features, like consent management, progressive profiling, or identity federation
- Knowledge of security standards like FIDO2, PKCE, or SCIM
- Event-driven architecture using Azure Service Bus or Event Grid
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
- Understanding of financial industry compliance (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
- Working knowledge of monitoring/logging tools like Application Insights, Splunk, or ELK
- Experience with feature flagging and release strategies (e.g., Azure Feature Management, LaunchDarkly)
- Performance optimization and caching strategies (e.g., Redis, memory cache)
- Unit testing with xUnit/NUnit and mocking frameworks like Moq
- Soft skills: mentoring junior developers, cross-team collaboration, and presenting technical concepts clearly
- Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable CIAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and OAuth/OpenID integrations
- Develop and maintain features for web, mobile, APIs, and data-driven applications using modern .NET technologies
- Participate fully in Agile Scrum practices, including sprint planning, peer reviews, and retrospectives
- Contribute to test automation, quality assurance, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a production-first mindset focused on reliability and scalability
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure security, performance, and compliance are integrated from development through deployment
- Drive improvements in DevOps workflows, cloud implementations, and team delivery speed through experimentation and automation
- Implement best practices in identity management, secure coding, and role-based access control
- Continuously invest in learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to help the team meet its goals
- Support migration to cloud environments (primarily Azure), including infrastructure automation and monitoring
