Data Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or related majors.
• 3+ years working experience on Data/Database/Data Warehouse area.
• Experience on a big data platform.
• Experience with Oracle Database (P-SQL) or MS SQL Server(T-SQL).
• Experience programming on stored procedures for script coding.
• Experience with No SQL DB like Elasticsearch DB or MongoDB.
• Experience with Database performance tuning process and approach.
• Familiar with all kinds of ETL tool for doing data mining and analytics.
• Experience in Linux command lines.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skillset for simple and easy interaction Business and Global Dev team.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Financial knowledge or background is a plus.
• Experience on Gen-AI training, mode in use.

What You Will Be Doing

• Hands- on data model design in SQL and NO-SQL database, design and code on the store procedure to implement the business knowledge.
• Hands-on data quality improvement and communication with global business for supporting.
• Communicate with global development counterparty/teams for the requirements and technical details.
• Role may evolve into system/component design & implementation with counterparties in other locations.
• Takes ownership to resolve difficult issues, even when not clearly within own area of responsibility.
• Deliver high quality work and consistently meets requirements and standards, plans and prioritizes work well to meet deadlines.
