Grow your career as a Investment Analyst with an innovative global bank in Jersey City. NJ. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Contract Duration: 2+ Months
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance
- 4-6 years of experience performing a similar function with a focus on investment funds (hedge, private equity, or mutual funds)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work within tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and v-look ups required) and other Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English
- Highly motivated self-starter with an appetite for knowledge
- Effective and efficient researcher
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set, organize and meet priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with others in different time zones??????
- Hedge Fund (feeders, fund of funds & Managed Accounts) Product Support
- Assist with fund launch process
- Assist in the oversight of Trade exceptions and FOP Transfers
- Update various calendars and trackers
- hedge fund feeder and FoF trading calendars
- Maintain list of funds on platform with pertinent information
- Document management
- Maintain product information in a highly organized fashion – such as organization documents, daily, monthly and annual reports, and other product-related item
- Private Equity/Real Estate (PERE) Product Support
- Assist with fund (feeder and fund of funds) bank account opening
- LEI request
- GIIN request
- Coordinate completion and execution of W forms and Form 8832 or say ‘Coordination completion and execution of Tax Forms’ to cover both forms.
- Client Profile Questionnaire
- Coordinate various documentation related to closings
- Maintain list of funds and proper signature blocks
- Assist with fund (feeder and fund of funds) bank account opening
- Regulatory Reporting
- Assist in preparing templates for regulatory filings
- Collect, organize, and reconcile information
- Reformatting data to fit pre-existing templates
- Data entry
- Prepare control checks related to regulatory compliance for team review
- Assist in preparing templates for regulatory filings
- Other
- Document management related to regulatory reporting
- Assist in process improvement projects as well as many ad hoc projects
- Vendor Invoice review and reconciliation
