Senior Software Engineering

A growing, forward-thinking company in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This is a hybrid full-time role working with Python, PostgreSQL, microservices, and distributed systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering
• 2+ years working with microservices and asynchronous workers

• Strong experience in large-scale distributed systems
• Proven ability to improve system performance and reliability
• Proficiency in Python 3 and PostgreSQL

Desired Skills & Experience

• Background in data intelligence or infrastructure systems
• Strong data analysis and system behavior monitoring skilla
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and maintain internal tools and systems to support Customer Success and Engineering teams
• Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and response times
• Monitor and maintain production systems, proactively identifying potential issues
• Triage and resolve customer-reported issues
• Analyze data and system behavior to provide actionable insights
