Job Description
An American owned and operated media company focused on bringing essential news and breaking stories to local communities is looking for a QA Lead to join their software engineering team. This company owns over 50+ local news stations affiliated with larger networks. Their mission is to provide high quality journalism to local markets in addition to offering digital advertising and marketing for local businesses.
They are looking for a QA Lead to come in and help build out automation testing frameworks as their development teams have a lot of upcoming new developments you be focused on. You will play a crucial role in improving release confidence, reducing manual efforts, and scaling quality as their platform continues to grow. You will also be given autonomy to decide on the best tech stack to build the automation framework on. Experience with both web and mobile automation is required and specific experience with streaming or video playback is a plus.
This is a full-time job that requires 3 days a week onsite in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity to join an incredible company with a strong foundation and retention rate for their employees. - Selenium or Cypress/Playwright
- Mobile Automation Testing
- Leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience
- BS in CS or related field is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
