This role is designed for a technically grounded QA Engineer who began their career in IT Support or Infrastructure Administration and transitioned into quality engineering—bringing real-world systems knowledge into structured, repeatable test strategy.
You will work across multiple operating systems and web browsers, uncovering defects, strengthening test coverage, and collaborating closely with Development to drive high-quality releases.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on troubleshooting expertise with disciplined QA methodology in a highly technical product ecosystem.

3+ years of experience in a technically focused QA Engineering role, with prior hands-on background in IT Support or Infrastructure Administration

Strong expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy (AD/GPO), along with mandatory experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and/or Horizon
Experience scripting or automating test cases to improve regression and release validation processes -
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, Citrix environments), with proven troubleshooting capability in complex enterprise systems

Familiarity with QA lifecycle tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, JIRA, Confluence, TestRails, or similar platforms

Working knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and JSON
