Role Overview:
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Data Analyst to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives. This role involves working with SQL, Power BI, and large datasets to develop insightful analytics that drive operational efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in data visualization, and a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of conversion)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and analysis
• Design interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business operations
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports
• Identify trends and patterns in large datasets to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data governance and reporting strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with healthcare data is a plus
