Job Description:
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Westlake Village/El Segundo with a dynamic IT organization. They’re seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises environments. Required Skills & Experience

Several years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or a related role

Proven expertise with both Windows and Linux server environments

Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

Hands-on experience with enterprise storage technologies (e.g., Dell EMC, Pure Storage)

Experience managing and optimizing virtualization platforms (VMware)

Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices
Desired Skills & Experience

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+, VMware, or related credentials

Knowledge of data protection, archiving, and tiered storage strategies

Familiarity with automation tools (scripting and configuration management)
What You Will Be Doing
Infrastructure Design & Operations

Design, deploy, and run scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions

Administer servers, storage, and virtualization platforms through proactive maintenance, upgrades, and patching

Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions aligned with business continuity objectives
Storage & Systems Management

Manage enterprise storage platforms (SAN, NAS), ensuring performance and reliability

Monitor storage utilization, capacity, and performance, implementing improvements as needed

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, storage, and network issues
Collaboration & Optimization

Partner with IT and development teams to support deployments, performance tuning, and system optimization

Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools

Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and operational workflows
Incident Response & Governance

Support incident response, root cause analysis, and change management processes
