This is a full-time, remote full-time role with a fast-growing tech company at the intersection of AI and digital media. The team is building next-generation AI-powered systems that personalize user experiences, streamline workflows, and enable creators and businesses to scale more effectively. You will join a specialized engineering group focused on designing and deploying large-scale conversational and workflow automation systems.
The role is fully remote within the U.S. and offers flexibility to work across time zones. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality AI systems that are both technically robust and user-friendly.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year building AI/LLM-focused applications
- Strong Python development skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation
- Familiarity with embedding models, context optimization, and LLM orchestration tools
- Background in model evaluation, fine-tuning, or domain adaptation
- Ability to collaborate across product, UX, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with graph databases for structured knowledge storage/retrieval
- Prior exposure to SaaS product development or consumer-facing applications
- Interest in creator platforms, media, or digital ecosystems
- Strong problem-solving skills with comfort in ambiguous, evolving requirements
- Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI and workflow automation systems
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, performance, and user satisfaction
- Enhance context-awareness, personalization, and task completion reliability
- Experiment with model fine-tuning and orchestration to improve user experience
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals
- Refine pipelines for retrieval, memory persistence, and contextual grounding
