Cyber Security Manager / Hybrid in Malvern, PA / Elastic Security

A large financial firm is looking for a Cyber Security Manager to lead a team of security engineers. This person will leverage their technical background to provide technical guidance and work with non-technical leadership and groups. You'll manage a team of 6 engineers, with the goal of growing it out, while also providing technical guidance on cybersecurity tools and mission-critical business domains. Ideal candidates have previous hands-on experience in cloud technologies, data pipelines, and/or security platforms. Candidates must have experience with Elastic Security. This is a people management role with technical guidance, you will not be hands on technically.

Ideal candidates will have strong security engineering backgrounds, preferably in SIEM. Leadership and people management experience is required. 

This role is remote hybrid, 3 days on-site, in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of overall IT experience with a focus on security
• Strong background in security engineering

• Incident response
• And/or Vulnerability Management
