Associate Technical Consultant / Top Secret Clearance

We’re hiring a full-time Associate Technical Consultant based in McLean, VA for a leading software company in the enterprise automation space. This position is part of a dynamic Customer Success team working with cutting-edge AI-powered, low-code technology to build and deploy custom web applications for high-impact business processes.

This role offers the perfect blend of technical development and client-facing problem-solving. From day one, you’ll be immersed in a collaborative, high-performance culture with hands-on training, mentorship, and a tight-knit team environment. With in-office collaboration 4–5 days a week, you’ll gain access to faster learning, real-time feedback, and deeper relationships across teams—while maintaining a strong sense of work-life balance and community.

Required Skills & Experience
· B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or a related discipline
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.)
· Top Secret Clearance
· Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagements

Desired Skills & Experience
· Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
· Exposure to business process modeling or process improvement disciplines
· Basic understanding of APIs or integration technologies
· Interest in user experience design or prototyping

· 60% Low-Code Application Development
· 20% Relational Databases / SQL
· 20% Cloud & Integration Tools

Daily Responsibilities
· 70% Hands-On (Application Development, Data Modeling, Integrations)
· 10% Management Duties (Project Coordination, Reporting)
· 20% Team Collaboration (Working with clients and internal teams)
