- Advanced communication skills for engaging multiple levels of project stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of how documentation supports organizational learning and development.
- Experience establishing governance and quality review processes for documentation.
- AI proficiency: demonstrated experience with effective prompting, iterative refinement, and output validation.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise-level onboarding and training strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in IT environments.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and advanced documentation platforms.
- Background in learning design and knowledge transfer methodologies.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical writers to build a cohesive, high-performing unit.
- Balance team workload and ensure alignment with project milestones and timelines.
- Drive toward the big picture while managing detailed deliverables.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels for clarity on deliverables and expectations.
- Establish and reinforce processes for quality review and accuracy standards in documentation.
- Integrate governance requirements to ensure sustainability and compliance of documentation practices.
