A fast-growing, venture-backed software company is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their core engineering team hybrid in St Paul, MN. This company builds secure, scalable document and data platforms used by enterprise and government organizations to manage highly sensitive information.

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting and building high-performance web applications and APIs, helping shape the technical direction of the platform while working closely with product and design teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence system architecture, mentor engineers, and contribute to a product experiencing rapid growth. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience using Go and/or Python
• Experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in AWS environments
• Experience with Docker containerization
• Strong experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Exposure to AI / Large Language Model integrations
• Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
• Background working in startup or high-growth environments
• Experience with database design and query optimization

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
